No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability capped at the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims from your misuse, content, or Terms violations.
We may suspend or terminate for breaches or risk. Uninstall anytime. IP, disclaimer, liability, and indemnity clauses survive.
